The Work at Play

We have a feeling that you—like a large swath of consumers—are severely underestimating the power of electrolytes.  Our job on this project was to change that narrative and bring its hydrating prowess to the forefront of weekend and workout warriors everywhere. The catch? Waterboy delivers recovery without sugar, so the taste is new but so is its impact on hangovers and hard workouts. Using bold humor (and allowing them to maintain just a smidge of their fan-favorite frattiness), we fine tuned a voice identity for Waterboy and carried it throughout their entire website, promotional and sales email sequences, packaging and mailer copy, social ads, product merch, and in-store launch activations and viral videos. For every initiative the goal was emphasizing Waterboy’s functionality, science, benefits, results, and clout alongside the entertainment and LOLs. It was so much heavy lifting we were glad we had a box of Waterboy packets nearby to help us recover.

You are the best I have found in getting our brand voice. I’ve spent the last couple of months looking for someone ~80-90% as good at ~half the cost, and no one has come close
